Hello internet! I have created this website as a way to escape loneliness. I have struggled emotionally alone for the past two years. Loneliness became my normal.
Before this, I had a channel on Telegram where I shared photos and videos with my friends. It was how I stayed connected. Last month I posted a photo from a trip. Nobody replied. Not that day, not that week. I checked messages more times than I want to admit, watched it stay at zero, and understood something had already ended that no one had bothered to tell me.
I have become so self-reliant that I don't see the point in trying to make friends anymore. Every conversation feels transactional, a trade of information rather than a reaching toward someone. I answer, I am answered, and neither of us is really there.
This blog removes my expectations from the equation. I don't know who reads it. Whoever reads it doesn't know who I am. That absence is what lets me be honest.
If you stop seeing posts from me, it means I found friends and this blog is no longer needed. Until then, I am here to delude myself into thinking I am not alone.
